1. What is your job at link|that?
I joined link|that in 2013 as a software developer and immediately felt at home here. After a short training period, I took over the development of a project that was already in progress and was able to contribute my motivation and ideas immediately.
In the past years I was able to participate in several projects like CitraTest, SightLine, Myrmex and WFM. Among other things I am also part of the Cube team for the C4C integration.
Since 3 years I am also responsible for the system administration and take care of the hardware and parts of the infrastructure, servers, system updates and licenses that we need for our daily work.
2. What are the qualities for which you particularly appreciate your team?
That’s easy to answer, our cohesion. We are a team and you can see that. Each of us has his tasks. There are always deadlines, deployments, demos and no matter what happens I can rely on each of us giving 100% to make it work.
Apart from the working world, I also appreciate that we get together from time to time and chat or do things together. A private exchange among colleagues and having fun is very important to me.
3. What would you get up in the middle of the night for?
Would? It was not the first and certainly not the last time that I got up at 3 a.m. to get a pair of my beloved “sneakers”.
I’ve been collecting a certain Nike model for over 15 years now 🙂 And yes… I have more shoes than my girlfriend 😛
4. Do you prefer wild camping or luxury hotel?
A few years ago I would have answered wild camping, now 2 camping vacations later I’m more of a luxury hotel guy ;P Best all-inclusive with king-size bed & late riser breakfast buffet.
5. Pikachu VS. Super Mario
Even if I spent countless hours as a child with Mario & his brother (ok even today) I’m still pretty sure, Pickachu donnershocked the little Italian away 😀
