The LinkThat CUBE integrates voice and data worlds for better customer service. It is now also possible to connect CRM systems such as SAP CX Cloud, S4/HANA and CRM/ERP with Five9 telephony solutions.

The new integration was presented for the first time in Mannheim. Together with WTG communication, Five9 and the Rhein-Neckar Löwen the afternoon was filled with innovation and new strategies. Matthias Krüger described the added value of the connection, with a short demo of the LinkThat CUBE.

The CUBE makes it possible to call customers more efficiently. Thanks to the following functions, among others:
- Softphone directly in the SAP Interface
- Status Synchronization
- Customer identification for calls
- Send data records for forwarding
- Complete contact history and call logs directly in the softphone
- Click-2-Call directly in the CRM interface
With the LinkThat ECCO voice AI, service and sales teams also benefit from real-time keyword recognition so that important information appears immediately. Useful shortcuts and information are displayed during conversations with customers.
