Start of the joint partnership
With the inclusion in the “Five9 ISV Partner Program”, LinkThat is now a reliable partner at the side of the CCaaS platform. As a leading provider of cloud contact center software with over 20 years of experience, Five9 specializes in customer service optimization.
The collaboration now opens up new possibilities for integrating contact center systems. LinkThat has also been implementing and improving interfaces that enable more efficient workflows for 20 years. For example, as middleware, the LinkThat CUBE connects the voice and data worlds of different SAP applications. CRM and ERP, or SAP CX and S/4HANA in the cloud. “In our partnership with Five9, we are focusing on innovative integrations.
