The LinkThat CUBE flexibly connects telephony and CRM systems. Seamless integration with CISCO’s telephony systems has enabled CTI on all channels since the beginning of the partnership thanks to state-of-the-art interfaces.
The recent update to Cisco Unified Communications Manager Service Release 15 was the next step in continuously updating the CUBE interfaces. This means that we at LinkThat can always guarantee an optimal workflow and smooth processes for our customers.

As all good things come in threes, we are pleased to announce the next piece of news: The LinkThat CUBE for CISCO CTI has recently become officially available in the SAP® Store, the online marketplace for SAP and partner offerings. It connects CISCO telephony systems with SAP C/4HANA or SAP Cloud for Customer (SAP Sales Cloud, SAP Service Cloud), SAP S/4HANA and SAP ERP.
