LinkThat CUBE: Deep Dive
As promised, we are kicking off the first deep dive into one of our LinkThat ONE products. We begin with our interface expert, LinkThat CUBE.
There are successes to report on both sides:
- In telephony integration, the Five9 integration has reached market readiness, which we will showcase in a live demonstration.
- On the CRM side, we have implemented all functions – and exciting new features – in the Salesforce interface, Salesforce Service Cloud Voice.
And of course, the demonstrations will take place in our new LinkThat ONE portal. If you missed the premiere in April, this is the perfect opportunity to get an insight.
