CCW 2025 in Berlin is over - and we can look back on three intensive days full of exciting discussions, inspiring presentations and valuable contacts. As an international meeting place for innovative customer dialog, this year's trade show once again demonstrated how dynamically the industry is developing.

Networking and exciting discussions
With a large number of visitors to our stand in Hall 3, we were able to hold numerous valuable discussions. Whether existing partners or new contacts: CCW was the perfect setting for exciting discussions and networking.
A special highlight were our two presentations with the topic “Contact Center, CRM integration & AI in perfect harmony”. Martin Haushofer, Sales Director of LinkThat in Vienna, and Tobias Wagner from WSAudiology gave exclusive insights into the practice of the global customer service organization. The great response and the discussions afterwards confirmed this: The future belongs to intelligent, networked solutions.
